DALE DIVOKY Flipping Koi with Gold Waves, glazed stoneware (with 24 karat luster), 52"
Dale Divoky's sculptures are inspired by the deep appreciation of the beauty and eloquence of dimension found in natural form. The ceramic sculptures of beetles and fish(koi) respectively represent the silence and dynamism found throughout creation. His current body of work, "Beetles and Fish", was supported by a grant from the Iowa Arts Council and was initially displayed at the Des Moines Botanical Center. Dale Divoky's website |
