Joe Hall is a digital artist who lives and works in Iowa City, Iowa. Hall completed his Master of Fine Arts degree at the University of Iowa in 2004. Exhibitions include participation in a group show at the Des Moines Art Center, and a solo exhibition in Seoul, Korea.
