JONATHAN KIMBER
I Barely Knew Her

It was raining that day
The parlor was becoming increasingly louder
As the crowd packed inside
It was supposed to be a happy occasion
Because her suffering was finally over
It seemed that half of Newport came
No one smoked that day.
