Krystal writes, "I'm 25, married, from Mason City.  I started making jewelry when I was 10 doing mostly stringing for my mom.  As a teenager I did a lot of hemp weaving but as I grew into my 20's I grew out of the phase.  I taught myself how to beadweave a little over a year ago.  My work can be found on Etsy and at MacNider Museum in Mason City."

About her work, Krystal writes, "As a jewelry designer I strive to create outside the box.  I find that making jewelry relaxes me after chasing after my inspiration, my son, all day.

"As a native Iowan I have always loved the way natures exerts it beauty in the fall."
